Helping Others to Become the Person of their Own Choosing
"Clients have told me that I have a down to earth, practical style. When a person
is comfortable with me as a therapist, the process becomes more of a
partnership. Often clients have said they feel like a weight has been lifted
from their shoulders and they view the world around them in a completely new
light. It’s exciting to watch people change their lives according to the new way
they see themselves."
Some Important Thoughts on Change
"Let’s face it. Most people don’t like to think they need to change. Some think
that perhaps things will get better. Others may think it is someone else who
needs to change. Still others think they are not able to change or are possibly
just imagining the problem. So, they wait - sometimes for years. When things don’t
improve on their own, most people reach out for help. When they reach out, they need help
that offers understanding, assurance, experience, empowerment and lasting
results."
Continuing a Legacy and Tradition of Solution-focused Therapy
"Throughout my life, I have recognized the value of assisting others. I am
honored to be a part of an ongoing family heritage of helping people identify
what they want to change about their life, and partnering with them to put a
plan into action that achieves the positive results they have chosen."
